Our dedicated Internet marketing is via our expanding site on this domain (ensignintlyb.com) on our own server provides high access speeds. This presence features complete listing specifications and photo tours for each of our yachts that we can direct interested buyers to after they have given us a call. We also present each of our listings on the Yachtworld and Yachtcouncil multiple listing systems. Essentially we provide an Internet presence that guarantees easy access to your listing.
Email Capable: Our Internet marketing provides us with a truly global reach. Our ready response to e-mail inquiries allows us to transfer information in a way that is attuned to the Internet boat shopper. The Internet is the marketing medium that allows us to do the most advertising for you, and do so in the shortest time. We happened to be the first yacht brokerage to recognize this when our site first went up in 1992, since then we have continued to be innovative in the use of the Internet for the marketing of brokerage yachts. To underscore the usefulness of this ability one of our first Internet generated sales was a 38' sail boat in San Diego to a buyer in Russia. As the Internet market continues to mature and expand at a rapid rate we are there to properly represent your yacht.

Buyers deposit placed in trust account prior to sea trial and survey.
Broker facilitated Sea Trials and Surveys
Broker facilitated closing with agreed upon closing statements for buyer and seller prior to disbursal of funds.
Well connected with local Maritime Documentation Service, Marine Financial Services, Marine Insurance Underwriters, Local Boat Yards, Marine Surveyor's, Marine Mechanic's, and local Marinas. We are able to provide valuable assistance, guidance, and advice pertaining to all aspects of the purchase or sale.
Personal Listing Agent. Your personal listing agent will handle all communications and details of listing, marketing, and sale. With your Listing Agreement, you have an accountable individual to work with.

          Our central office on Harbor Island at the Cabrillo Isle Marina is a short walk from the luxurious Sheraton Hotel.
          This office is the closest Yacht Brokerage to San Diego's Lindbergh International Airport. Upon your arrival to
          beautiful San Diego, we will be more then happy to escort you to our main office.

         Our branch office also located in San Diego, is located at the prestigious Shelter Pointe Marina Inn on Shelter
         Island. The Shelter Pointe Marina Inn shuttle service will bring you from the airport to our Shelter Island office.
         The Shelter Pointe Marina Inn is the home of the renown Kona Kai Marina.
